These terms govern your use of the alcanah.co website. Commercial engagements with Alcanah Partners LLC, including engagements through any portfolio company, are governed by separate service agreements executed directly with each client or partner and supersede these terms for that scope of work.

The content published on alcanah.co (positioning, portfolio descriptions, contact information) is provided for informational purposes. You're welcome to read, share, and reference it. Please do not republish our content as your own.
Engagements are agreement-based
Any Alcanah Partners engagement (Ace product deployments, IBO AI productions, Lunix Leadership consulting, Nice Green wholesale, or other partnership work) is governed by a written agreement between Alcanah Partners LLC (or the relevant portfolio entity) and the client or partner. That agreement defines scope, pricing, deliverables, warranties, confidentiality, and IP ownership. The website and its content do not constitute an offer or a contract.
Portfolio companies
Each portfolio company listed on alcanah.co operates under its own terms and conditions on its respective website (ace.alcanah.co, nicegreen.la, lunixleadership.com, IBO AI channels). Where a portfolio company's terms differ from these, the portfolio company's terms apply to engagements with that entity.
No warranty on informational content
The content on alcanah.co reflects our positioning at the time of publication and may not be up to date. We make no warranty that referencing or applying the information here will produce any specific business outcome.
Third-party tools and providers
We reference and integrate with third-party tools (Calendly for scheduling, hosting providers, and others). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms of service, not by these terms.
